Start with the Estimated Hours and your standard Labor Cost Per Hour. Then, add any direct costs like Material Cost, Trip Charges, Disposal Fees, and Permit Cost. To ensure profitability, apply a Markup to your costs and factor in a Discount if needed. These combined inputs will be used to automatically calculate the final price for each service you add.
Step 3: Add Your Services and Costs Navigate to the “Plumbing Price List Details” tab. In the “Plumbing Price List Details” tab, the template automatically reflects all the values you entered in the job detail section. Based on these inputs, it instantly calculates and displays the key pricing tiers for each service. Here you will see the final Standard Price, the premium After Hours Price, and any special Agreement Price for contract customers, clearly showing how your Markup and Discount are applied.
Step 4: Save and Share Your Professional Price List Once your list is complete, review the “Printable Report – Full Summary” tab to see the clean, professional version of your price list. You can print this for your records or share it with your team. To save a digital copy, go to “File” > “Download” and select “PDF Document (.pdf)”. A PDF is a non-editable format perfect for sharing.
